Use a Jotform report when you need to send details, photos or video. Reports are received privately by Huntly’s Community Voice and are not posted to the forum automatically.

After review, we may create or update a public forum topic without private contact details. This keeps the evidence intake separate from public discussion.

For public discussion or progress updates, reply to the relevant forum topic.

Please include:
• What happened
• Location and date
• Photos, video or documents where available
• The outcome you are seeking
